Can I return unsuitable items and is it free?
We want to make shopping with Daxon hassle-free so we provide a free exchanges and returns service through which you can return items without incurring the cost of return postage by contacting us or our courier within 14 days of receipt of goods ordered. Also, postage and packing is free on all exchange orders and on additional items that you order at the same time.
The easiest way to arrange a return is to contact your courier directly. You will find their telephone number on your delivery note, on the outside of your parcel or in "Request a return" in "my account".
To arrange a return online
If you are registered with "my account", you can arrange online for us to collect your parcel.
Call us to arrange a return on 0871 225 8080 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Once we have received your returned goods, your statement will be adjusted accordingly. Where you have already paid for your goods, we will credit your account, or, if you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund to your card.
Please return items in their original condition and packaging.
It is important that you return items to us as soon as you can. We reserve the right to make an administration charge of £3 per item for cancellations made and returns arranged outside the 14 day period. We will not charge where it would be unreasonable to do so, e.g. where you have a reasonable explanation for a late return.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Although we recommend that you use our hassle-free returns and exchange service described above which gives you 14 days to return items to us and where we manage the safe return of items once you hand them to your local Hermes courier, you also have the right to return items under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 by giving us notice of cancellation in writing or in another durable medium within the 7 working day period specified in the Regulations. If you opt to cancel under the Regulations rather than through our returns and exchanges service, you must arrange the return of items to us at your own cost. Is my order eligible for next day delivery?
This service is only available to Daxon Personal Account holders, when ordering using their credit facility. Your goods and the next day delivery charge will show on your next statement.
Customers are not able to use the next day delivery service if placing their first order using their Personal Account. Existing Customers may not be able to use the next day delivery service if their account has become dormant and requires re-activation.
Next day delivery is not available for non-mainland UK addresses.
Orders should be place before 4pm Monday to Friday to receive next day delivery. Next day delivery will not be offered on UK Bank Holidays. We also reserve the right to remove the next day delivery offer at any time.
There will be an extra charge of £1.99 in addition to the standard £2.95 delivery charge, to receive next day delivery. All of the items must be in stock in the UK to be eligible for the next day delivery service.
Customers should allow until 9pm the following day for the ordered to be delivered. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the Saturday. If you do not receive your order within the next day delivery service, we will automatically refund the additional charge and this will be amended on your statement.
