Where is my order ?

If all the items on your order are in stock, we normally deliver within 5 to 10 working days. However, because all our products are despatched from France, there may occasionally be a small delay.

What is my balance?

Sign in or register with My Account to check your balance. (You will need your customer number to do this)

What is My Account?

You can check your account balance online on your 'Account summary' page of My Account, or see how much to pay this month on your 'View statements' page. Then, click on 'Make a payment' and pay your balance in full or an amount** to suit your budget using your debit or credit card. We accept Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo. You can, of course, choose one of our other convenient ways to pay.

How do I return my parcel free?

Sign in or register with My Account to request a parcel collection. (You will need your customer number to do this). Your parcel should be collected within 2-5 working days.

What is My Account?

The quickest and easiest way to return a parcel is to call your courier direct - their number is on your delivery note. If our couriers don't operate in your area (there will be no courier number shown on your delivery note) then you can return your parcel at the Post Office. Or, if you are registered with My Account, sign in and click on 'Request a return' to arrange a collection at a convenient time for you.

You have a full 14 days home approval from receipt to make sure you are happy with your items. Please return any items in their original packaging and attach your returns form, which you'll find on the back of the delivery note. Please return your completed returns form in your parcel. This helps us provide an even better service to you in the future.

If you can't find your returns form, don't worry. You can download and print a new one off by clicking here. Just follow the instructions on the form, making sure you write down your order number. We'll need these details to process your return. Once it's all filled out, pop the form in your parcel with the items you are returning.

Alternatively, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Selling (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 within seven working days. However, if you cancel under those regulations you are responsible for arranging the return of items at your own cost. We recommend that you use our free returns and exchanges service. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Can I make a payment online?

I am a new customer

Pay later after you've received your order: You can apply for a Personal Account at the same time as you place your first order. Just follow the on-screen guides. You will be sent a monthly statement after which you can choose to spread your payments to suit your budget or pay in full.

Pay now using your debit or credit card: If you're ordering online, you can pay with your debit or credit card when you go through checkout. It's quick and easy and completely secure. Your card will only be debited once the items have been despatched to you.

What is My Account?

If you have a balance outstanding, you will receive a monthly statement in the post after which you can choose to pay in full or spread your payments**. Is my order eligible for next day delivery ?

We offer a next day delivery service for orders placed with a Daxon Personal Account. Your goods and the next day delivery charge will show on your next statement.

Requesting a catalogue

Can I have a catalogue ?

You can ask for a catalogue online by using the links below and it should be with you within 14 days of receiving your request. If we are coming to the end of the season (May/June or November/December) we may not have any catalogues available for the current season but we will automatically reserve for you a copy of the coming season's catalogue. In the meantime, you can browse and buy from our Collection online, using the navigation tabs above (ie. Women, Children, etc…).

Where is the catalogue I ordered ?

Most of our Autumn-Winter catalogues are delivered between July and September, and our Spring-Summer Catalogue between January and March. If you have allowed 14 days for delivery and it has still not arrived, please contact us. In the meantime, you can browse and buy from our Collection online, using the navigation tabs above (ie. Women, Children, etc .).

How do I place an order ?

There are 3 easy ways you can shop with us: online, by phone and by post :

Online - www.daxon.co.uk - the quickest way to order from your online collection - Click on the navigation tabs above (ie., Women, Children, etc.) to go through to our online collection. Select a range from the left hand list, then click on any product image for more information and to check availability. From there you can add the product to your shopping basket or return to the online collection. To complete your order, click 'Shopping Basket', displayed in the top left-right corner, and follow the simple instructions on screen.

From your printed catalogues - Click on 'Order from catalogue' and fill in the details for each item. Then click on 'Add to basket' to check availability and we'll do the rest. Your Shopping Basket will calculate the total value of your order including post and packing.

Where is my gift/discount?

If you have been offered a gift or discount in a promotion, you will also have been issued with an Order Code. It is vital that you quote this code whichever way you place your order, as this confirms your entitlement to the offer. You can find the Order Code on the order form of any promotion you have received through the post, or within the email if that is how we contact you. Unfortunately, if you have forgotten to quote your order code when you placed your order, you won’t receive your gift or discount - unless you wish to place an additional order.

Delivery and receiving your goods

Delivery during the Olympic Games - London 2012

During the Olympics/Paralympics (London, UK 27th July - 9th September 2012), if you live in and around where the games are taking place, your order may take an additional 24 hours to reach you than the usual delivery time given

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered to your door within 5 to 10 days. On occasion, there may be a small delay as all our items are despatched from France. If you include your email address when you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready to be delivered. If your parcel has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us for a delivery update.

Why charge me for Post & Packing ?

It is common for some companies, who do not charge postage and packing, to inflate the price of their products to cover this cost. Other companies have a sliding scale of delivery charges; where the more you spend, the more they charge you. At Daxon, post and packing is always £2.95, whether you order a pair of socks or a pair of curtains!

How to return or exchange goods

How do I exchange an item?

If you have ordered an item and want to exchange it for something else, call us on 0871 225 8080 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras), between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week and we’ll order the new item for you. Please have the details of the item you wish to return and the item you wish to exchange it for, when you call. You will not be charged Post and Packing on exchange items.

Can I return unsuitable items and is it free?

We provide a free exchanges and returns service so you can return items without paying return postage. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item. Items must be returned in original condition. Once we receive items, we refund the cost of those items using the method you used to pay. The standard delivery or Next Day Delivery P&P charge you paid (if any) will not be refunded but you will not pay return postage.

The easiest way to arrange a return is to contact your courier directly. You will find their telephone number on your delivery note, on the outside of your parcel or in "Request a return" in "my account".

To arrange a return online: If you are registered with "my account", you can arrange online for us to collect your parcel.

Call us to arrange a return on 0871 225 8080 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Once we have received your returned goods, your statement will be adjusted accordingly. Where you have already paid for your goods, we will credit your account, or, if you paid by credit or debit card, we will refund to your card.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging.

It is important that you return items to us as soon as you can. We reserve the right to make an administration charge of £3 per item for cancellations made and returns arranged outside the 14 day period. We will not charge where it would be unreasonable to do so, e.g. where you have a reasonable explanation for a late return.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

We recommend you use the above free returns service where we manage the safe return once you hand items to your local Hermes courier but you also have the right to return items under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 by giving notice of cancellation in writing or another durable medium within 7 working days starting on the day after the day of delivery. However, if you opt to cancel under the Regulations, you must arrange and pay for the return of items and take care to ensure returned items are received undamaged. Once we receive items, we will refund the cost of those items using the method you used to pay. If you cancel an entire order transaction and the order was delivered by standard delivery (rather than Next Day Delivery), we will also refund the £2.95 P&P charge you paid (if any) but you will have paid return postage. If you cancel an entire order transaction delivered by Next Day Delivery, the terms are slightly different. Next Day Delivery is an additional service provided under a separate contract and can only be cancelled under the above Regulations by giving notice of cancellation in writing or another durable medium up to the point at which we start to provide that additional service. If, after choosing and paying for Next Day Delivery, you cancel an entire order transaction under the Regulations within 7 working days after delivery, we will only refund the £2.95 standard delivery charge and not the additional £1.99 charge for Next Day Delivery.

How long will it take for a return to show on my account ?

What is ‘my account’?

‘my account’ is specially designed to make managing your Daxon Personal Account easy. It’s safe and secure and once you’ve registered online you will have access to a wide range of services and features.

Account summary. See your Account details at a glance, including your current balance and next statement date.

Make a payment. Pay your balance securely online using your debit or credit card.

View order history. Itemises any current orders being processed and indicates which items are available, delayed or sold out.

Your returns. Shows returned items that we have received and processed.

View payments. Shows all payments received and credited to your Account.

View statements. Check your next statement and review your current and previous statements online.

Request a return. Find your courier’s number or arrange for us to collect a parcel from you.

How is my balance calculated ?

If you have a balance outstanding, we will send you a monthly statement showing the amount you owe. If you have a Personal Account� and are registered with ‘my account’, you can check your balance online. Your balance is calculated on a daily basis and will show any payments, returns and new items. When your statement is produced it will include any insurance payments, postage & packing charges and any interest charges (Representative 39.6% APR variable).

The minimum monthly payment is 5% of the balance owed or £5, whichever is the greater. Payments are rounded down to the nearest pound. A minimum monthly interest charge of 50p applies when there is a balance on your account.

†A Personal Account is a credit agreement available subject to acceptance to UK residents aged 18+. Statements are issued monthly. Payments due 21 days after the statement date. Minimum monthly repayment £5 or 5% (whichever is greater). Example cash price and amount of credit: £300, 12 equal monthly payments at standard interest rate of 33.8% p.a.of £29.81, total amount payable £357.72. Representative 39.6% APR variable. What is my minimum payment?
How can I make a payment?

Your minimum payment is shown at the bottom of your current statement. However, if you have a Personal Account, you can choose to either settle your account in full or spread the cost by paying just the minimum amount (Representative 39.6% APR variable). Please check your statement for any services/products and interest charges.

Making payments

Online: This is the quickest way to pay. Register with My Account so you can check your minimum payment and pay securely online. We accept Maestro, Mastercard, VISA and VISA Electron debit cards and VISA and Mastercard credit cards.

Over the phone: Call our automated service on 0871 225 8080 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) and have your Daxon account reference number and debit/credit card details to hand. This facility is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

By cheque: Please make your cheque payable to Daxon. Ensure you write your name, address and Daxon account reference number on the reverse, this will enable us to credit your payment to your account, and return it with your statement payment slip.

We use the cheque authorisation service provided by Certegy Limited. If you require any information relating to this service, please call 0844 855 0914 for an information leaflet.

Please do not send bank notes or coins.

By telephone or internet banking: You can make payments with a direct bank transfer. Just contact your bank, quoting our account reference 51324233 and sort code 40-02-50, along with your 9-digit Daxon account reference number, to make your payment.

At the Post Office: Take your statement and payment slip and pay by cash, cheque or card at any post office. Please make cheques payable to Post Office Ltd. A charge will be made for this service.

At a bank: Pay by cash or cheque at any bank using your statement and payment slip. This service should be offered free of charge at any branch of your own bank. Please make cheques payable to Daxon with your Daxon account reference number and address printed on the reverse.

Please ensure that your payment reaches us on or before the date shown on your statement, allowing at least 2 working days for payments made online, 4 working days for payments via banks or Post Offices, and 7 working days if sent by post.

Pay Now. If you are ordering online, simply enter your Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron or Solo card details during checkout.
